For all products offered, collection by the buyer within the European Union is only possible by arrangement.
"I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?"
Please allow 1 - 3 business days for processing and production time to ship your order. If you wish to collect your order yourself please inform us of this in your order, or by eMail.
"WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?"
In Europe, we shipped with our Cooperation Partners, DHL or HERMES. US orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx, international orders are shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product originates from.
Average transit times in Europe: 5 - 20 business days.
Average transit times to foreign countries: 10 - 45 business days.
Under certain circumstances (natural disasters, public holidays, weather, etc.), shipping may be delayed. Although most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays involving our carriers. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery is the responsibility of the shipping company.
"WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?"
We offer tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product has been shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers around the world, as our product research team spends the time finding high-quality yet affordable products.
If you have received your tracking number and need help tracking your order, we are more than happy to assist you.
"CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?"
You can cancel your order for free! You must cancel your order within 12 hours of creation for the cancellation to take effect. If the item has already been shipped, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject "CANCEL".
Payments already made will be refunded on the next working day.
"I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!"
If you misspelled or auto-filled your address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately by emailing email@example.com. If the address is incorrect, we can correct this within 12 hours.
"MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED".
We ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 items arrives damaged due to mishandling by the postal service.
If this happens to you, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A photo of the damaged product. Please simply return the damaged product to us.
Once we receive it, we will be happy to send you a new one free of charge.
